Obtaining the sharpened part of a flint

Simple, really

First of all, a flint is needed. It can be obtained by breaking the gravel and, with a certain chance, a flint will drop. Next, a stone block would help. By hiting the the stone with a flint, there is a chance a sharpened part to drop!
